Ready to make the most of the next five minutes?  If you’re up for the challenge, see how many of these feel-good activities you can accomplish in the next five minutes:

  1. Drink a glass of water
  2. Hug a loved one, if he or she is close by
  3. Tell “I love you” to someone special
  4. Smile at someone
  5. Email or write a thank you note (text if that is your only option at that time)
